Also, please try keep the history as realistic as possible, in other words, do not indicate that your character is originally from a place where vampires roamed the street, because, well we know real vampires don't exist, etc. Basically, take this as a current daily life view, in a sense?]
(Up to player her reason as to why she's in Hawaii)
Liz only ever knew her life in Baton Rouge, LA. Although her actual birthplace was a small town in upstate New York, she moved down with her parents before she could even remember anything. Her sister, Joss, was always getting herself out a tight spots by manipulating those around her to believing that she was innocent. It got Liz into trouble with her parents a time or two when they were growing up, though it usually turned around and backfired on Joss each time too.
During high school, Liz didn't do nearly as well as her sister, doing everything she could to hold her 2.5 GPA to at least get into college as well ask keeping her playing on the volleyball team. It was during her sophomore year she met Mark, a junior. It started with the study group she joined, him helping her to grasp the annoying concepts that were frustrating her so much. As her grades slowly started to get better, their relationship began to grow into something more. Her junior year, they were known as that sort of "it" couple. She was becoming a force to be reckoned with on the volleyball court, him having outstanding grades and well on his way to being named Valedictorian.
After his graduation, he started taking classes at the community college not to far from where they lived to get his general courses completed before he moves on to the four year college that the two planned on going to together. Now, at the beginning of her senior year, she was keeping herself a 3.2 GPA. It wasn't as impressive as her sister, as some of her teachers like to keep pointing out, but she was proud of herself none the less. It was getting down to finally being fall when Liz discovered that she was pregnant. Her parents and Joss were the first people that she told, mostly because she wanted to make sure that they would support her and her decision to keep the baby, no matter what. While her parents were a bit disappointed in their daughter for getting knocked up so early in her life, the were beyond shocked when they learned Mark's reaction. He told Liz that if she wanted to continue to be together that she would have to "get rid of that thing" because there was no way that he was going to be someone's dad right now. In fact, he told her that he never even wanted kids anyways. Liz broke up with him on the spot and threw herself into her school work. Understandably, she resigned herself for volleyball knowing that she would've been kicked off the team anyhow. Her coach wished her luck and expressed how disappointed that she was that Liz wouldn't be able to play with them that season. Liz kept her grades up all the way through senior year, graduating with a final GPA of 3.1 and managing to walk across the stage and receive her diploma along with the rest of her classmates, despite protests from other parents. She welcomed Liam into her life about a week after graduation on June 16th. After taking a year away from starting her college career, she's finally ready to complete her final semester and walk across the stage with an actual degree in her hands this time.
