He knows things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why, and without detailed knowledge of the subject at hand. He is usually right, and he usually know it. Consequently, Travis puts a tremendous amount of faith into his instincts and intuitions. This can lead to situation Travis has no control over.
He has uncanny insight into people and situations. He'll get "feelings" about things and intuitively understand them. Travis is protective of his inner selves, sharing only what he chooses to share when he chooses to share it. He is deep, complex, and quite private and typically difficult to understand. Travis holds back part of himself, and can be secretive. He hides this with his outgoingness towards other and what some might call a cocky attitude.

• background history:
Travis Franke was only seven months old when his mother was murdered in the room next to were he was happily giggling and babbling away. He doesn't remember the time after her death only that it ruined his father and that Sawyer ended up taking care of him for the most part.
Travis was never the good kid growing up, he got into trouble at school from day one, always a little rambucious. I middle school it only got worse. Travis would skip and if he was at school he almost alway's got into a fight. His ife at home wasn't great either. Sawyer being protective of his younger siblings was strict, expecially when it came to Sky. This strictness caused sawyer to start acting out. He got into more trouble and when he was thirteen he was caught stealing a car, he was sent to Juvy for 4 months. His brother got him out early on promises of community service.
When Travis turned fourteen, there was talk of them leaving Chicago, but he never thought they would. When Sawyer tolf them they were moving to Hawaii, Travis was irate. He didn't want to leave thecity he grew up in and was more mad when he found out he'd be going to a boarding school of sorts. He rebeled from the moment their plane landed in Hawaii, refusing to listen to his authority and doing whatever he pleased. He recently go tput on probation for posession of an illegal substance, breaking and entering, and distruction of private property. He needs to get his shit together, but that probably won't happen.
