State your Industry and Occupation: Bartender, and does some dirty work for her gang
Personality: Morgan is, simply put, a wild child, being a very adventurous and reckless young lady. She seems pretty much fearless, and is willing to try literally anything once. She loves taking risks and usually ignores all danger and consiquences in order to have fun or get her jobs done.
She is a punch first, ask questions later kind of person, though sometimes doesn't know when to stop. Other than that, she is laid back and doesn't take anything seriously.
She can have a massive temper at times, that isn't very hard to set off. It's like her main emotions are either chill, or angry. Her other flaw, aside from her temper, is her jealousy.
She is very sarcastic, and somewhat naturally flirty. She is also lazy and a major procrastinator unless it has to do with her work. She would much rather have a drink and put her feet up than do anything boring.
However, despite her uncaring and maverick-esque attitude, she is very reliable. When it comes to jobs for her boss and the gang, she makes sure it gets done. She is completely loyal and dedicated to whoever takes in her. She would kill, take bullets, or even die for them if she had to. And, she likes pushing her limits. No matter how tired she is, she usually never naps unless she's hung over. She'll only nap if she falls asleep accidentally. However, she sometimes disobeys direct orders and does her own thing, or does missions on her own without being told, if she thinks that her actions could benefit the gang in some way.
She is also a very stubborn girl. If she wants to do something, she stops at nothing until she gets her way. And once she gets an idea in her head, it is impossible to change her mind.
However, Morgan is one to suffer in silence. If she dislikes something, or is emotionally or physically hurt, she will just bear with it as not to be a burden to anyone. Her usual bandaid is alcohol. She does smoke, but it's very rare.
Despite Morgan's usual wild or "I don't give a fuck" attitude, she does have a rarely shown soft spot for certain people, mainly her cousin Nathan and her old boss Rawly, but also a handful of gang members that she is or was close with.
Morgan also has language fit enough for three and a half sailors. She's always swearing, even when she's not angry, so conversations with her are not exactly for the faint of heart.

Background History:
Morgan grew up in a small town with both a mother and a father. She was always an unruly child, loving to run around and get dirty, play pranks and get into fights on the playground. Her mother worked from home online, managing a local cafe's website and taking down orders, and being a neat freak in between. Her father worked at an office as an accountant, and often enjoyed coming home and having a drink.
However, when she was about twelve, her father was laid off, and there went their money. Within the next few months they couldn't pay their mortgage, and couldn't afford their house. Her aunt, her mother's sister, helped them to find a cheap enough apartment a town and a half over, and they took what the had left in savings and left. It was only supposed to be temporary, until her parents could get jobs, or for her father to get rehired at the firm, but at the time, many places were doing cutbacks, and finding a new job was difficult. After that, the father began drinking more than the occasion scotch after work, until he became a fullblown alcoholic, and the mother took her frustrations out cleaning and cleaning and cleaning.
Morgan spent a lot of time outside then. She went for walks, explored allies and abandoned buildings, and went around town and the park teaching herself to do some mild parkour. When she finally entered highschool, the same one as her cousin, she joined the track team.
Nathan was an athlete as well, and was on the football team. He was a good kid, but hung around with a few boys who were into drugs and fighting. Being a tomboy, Morgan always hung around him and the boys, and one of them who was in a gang took notice of Morgan, viewing her as useful to the group. She was at a party, and he took his chance to woo her without her cousin around. The two started dating, and he brought her into the gang, and taught her how to shoot a gun. At first, she saw it all as an escape from the dismal apartment with the drunk and the flake, but then it slowly became a source of income.
Time went by. Morgan used the money she got from selling drugs and firearms to run the house, paying bills and paying for food, while her dad sat on his ass drunk and her mother saw two other guys on the side. No one ever knew how she used her money, or where the food came from, how the lights and water were still on even past the bill's due date, but she did everything she could. If it were only her father, he would have kept her money and let him rot, but her mother didn't deserve it.
She was almost eighteen when she killed someone. She'd shot people before, beat them within and inch of her life, but never killed. That was always somebody else's job. She and one of her friends from the gang were walking to make a deal, and a car drove by and shot at them. Morgan was hit in the side, and her friend was dead. Morgan quickly took out her glock and shot the driver of the car. The car crashed, and the other two men in the car died as well. Three people died because of her, and she was completely distraught.
Her boss brought her to the hospital, saying she was an innocent bystandard to a drive by, and afterward took her home to take care of her. A few months later, with the other gang after them, they fled to New York to be with his uncle.
Morgan didn't feel bad about leaving though. She figured that maybe, without her there, her mom would leave her deadbeat dad and go to be with one of her better boyfriends. She misses her still sometimes, but occasionally emails her. It's mainly lies about school and jobs, but at least she knows she's alright.
In New York, she and her boss, Rawly, joined another gang, a bigger gang. Everyone loved Rawly, but they all seemed to hate her. They didn't trust her, viewing her as just a little girl, and how much use could a little girl be to a major gang? Still, aside from bunking with Rawly, whom she had utterly fallen for by then due to all the time they spent together, she just kept to herself and did her jobs as best as she could, though they were small and sometimes demeaning except for when she got to tag along with Rawly, who knew she was worth more than they realized.
She eventually rose up through the ranks, but a few of the members weren't happy. They still doubted her even though she continued to prove herself. One day, one of them had enough. He tried to rape her, and he got so far as to get her half stripped and beaten bloody, and shoved himself in. But before he could do much more damage, Morgan found her gun, and she shot him in the head. She felt no remorse after that kill, it was easier than the other.
Killing a fellow gang member, with the exception of major betrayal, was unheard of. She soon had to run else she would be killed as well, and Rawly gave her enough money to get far away. She moved around for months, past her twenty-third birthday, until she finally came to hide out off the mainland in Hawaii.
